Serious eyetwitching now, complete with a slight mouth-parting and a vein in his temple throbbing distastefully away. The staring contest might have to take a backseat to this. Discord may be many things, but HELPFUL is a label he will certainly not abide by. The Absol "Dissent" pops in and nudges him with his horn; even for a new partner, Discord falling silent is a rare thing indeed.

Poke. Poke prod. Shoves off-screen in irritation. Apparently Discord isn't the only attention whore in the house.
